These TERMS AND CONDITIONS govern the relationship between \u201cO SKARI\u201d Ltd., hereinafter referred to as \u201co-skari.bg\u201d, on the one hand, and the Users of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUsers\u201d), on the other hand.<\/p>

Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before using the Website. By accessing or viewing the Website, each User automatically agrees to comply with the terms set out below. <\/p>

Article 1. <\/strong>On the Website, Users may obtain information regarding the activities of \u201co-skari.bg\u201d.<\/p>

Article 2.<\/strong> Through the contact form on the Website, Users may submit enquiries to \u201co-skari.bg\u201d and initiate negotiations for the conclusion of a contract.<\/p>

Article 3.<\/strong> Users voluntarily provide their personal data through the contact form.<\/p>

Article 4. <\/strong>The only mandatory fields in the contact form are the User\u2019s name and email address. The data are collected so that \u201co-skari.bg\u201d can respond to the submitted enquiry. <\/p>

Article 5.<\/strong> \u201co-skari.bg\u201d deletes the User\u2019s personal data after a period of 12 months from the date of collection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Article 6. <\/strong>The intellectual property rights in all materials and resources made available on the \u201co-skari.bg\u201d website (including any available databases) are protected under the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act, belong to \u201co-skari.bg\u201d or to the respective identified person who has granted \u201co-skari.bg\u201d the right of use, and may not be used in violation of applicable law.<\/p>

Article 7. <\/strong>In the event of copying or reproduction of information beyond what is permitted, as well as in the event of any other infringement of intellectual property rights relating to the resources of \u201co-skari.bg\u201d, \u201co-skari.bg\u201d shall be entitled to claim full compensation for all direct and indirect damages suffered.<\/p>

Article 8.<\/strong> Except where expressly agreed otherwise, the User may not reproduce, modify, delete, publish, distribute or otherwise disclose the information resources published on the \u201co-skari.bg\u201d website.<\/p>

Article 9. <\/strong>\u201co-skari.bg\u201d undertakes to exercise due care to provide Users with normal access to the services offered.<\/p>

Article 10. <\/strong>\u201co-skari.bg\u201d reserves the right to suspend access to the services provided. \u201co-skari.bg\u201d shall have the right, but not the obligation, at its own discretion, to delete information resources and materials published on its website. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Article 11.<\/strong> \u201co-skari.bg\u201d undertakes to notify Users of any amendment to these Terms and Conditions within 7 days of the occurrence of such change, using the email address provided by the User.<\/p>

Article 12. <\/strong>If the User does not agree with amendments to the Terms and Conditions, the User shall have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason and without owing compensation or a penalty. To exercise this right, the User must notify \u201co-skari.bg\u201d within one month of receiving the notice referred to in the preceding Article. <\/p>

Article 13.<\/strong> If the User does not exercise the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the amendment shall be deemed accepted by the User without objection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
